1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CTE Network LLC website, the Edroll enrollment platform, and related AI voice agent services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization (such as a school district, Area CTE center, Early College program, or Magnet school), you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Services

CTE Network LLC provides Edroll, an enrollment and data management platform for Career and Technical Education programs, as well as AI voice agent services for attendance calls, follow-up surveys, and related communications.

We may modify, update, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes to paid services.

3. SMS Messaging Program

CTE Network LLC operates an SMS messaging program to communicate with current and former students and clients. By providing your phone number through an enrollment form, exit survey, or other communication, and consenting to receive messages, you agree to receive text messages from us.

Types of Messages: We may send follow-up surveys for former CTE students, appointment and program reminders, informational updates about our services, and general communications related to your enrollment or engagement with CTE Network.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your engagement with our programs. You may receive up to 4 messages per month. We will not send unsolicited or spam messages.

Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Standard carrier rates for SMS and data apply based on your mobile plan. CTE Network LLC is not responsible for any charges imposed by your mobile carrier.

Supported Carriers: Our SMS program is supported by most major US carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon, as well as regional carriers. Carrier support is not guaranteed for all networks.

4. Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from CTE Network LLC at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. To re-subscribe, reply START at any time.

5. Accounts and Access

Certain features of the Services require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You may not share account access with unauthorized users.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation, including the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) and other student-privacy laws; (b) transmit unlawful, infringing, or harmful content; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or other users' data; (d) interfere with the proper working of the Services; or (e) resell or redistribute access to the Services without our written consent.

7. Student Data and Privacy

Where the Services process student records, CTE Network LLC acts as a school official under FERPA and processes student data solely on behalf of and at the direction of the educational institution. For more information, please see our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

The Services, including all software, content, branding, and design, are owned by CTE Network LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly stated, no license or right is granted to you under these Terms.

You retain ownership of the data you submit to the Services. You grant CTE Network LLC a limited license to process that data as necessary to provide the Services.

9. Fees and Payment

Paid services are provided under a separate agreement or order form. Fees are due as stated in that agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, fees are non-refundable.

10. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CTE Network LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data or profits, arising from or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you to CTE Network LLC in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) shall survive.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Michigan.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with its effective date. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
