About

Built for CTE,
by CTE people.

CTE Network is a Michigan-based education technology and services company dedicated to Career and Technical Education. We build software and automation for the schools and centers that prepare the next generation of skilled professionals: Area CTE centers, Early College Programs, and Magnet schools. Our two flagship offerings are Edroll, an enrollment platform that replaces paper packets, Google Forms, and spreadsheet chaos with one streamlined digital ecosystem, and AI Voice Agents, intelligent calling assistants that handle attendance outreach, follow-up surveys, and routine parent and student communications around the clock.

We exist because career and technical education runs on tight staffing and even tighter timelines, and administrative burden pulls educators away from students. Every product we ship is designed to remove hours of manual data entry, reconciliation, and phone tag from a coordinator's week, so programs can spend their time teaching rather than tracking.

CTE Network was founded by Vlad Lebedintsev, a career educator and administrator with more than 17 years of experience as a CTE Teacher, CTE Consultant, and CTE Administrator, and currently the Assistant Superintendent for Career and Technical Education at Eaton RESA. A proud product of CTE himself, he leads a team that pairs deep classroom and district-level experience with modern software engineering. That combination is our promise: everything we build is practical, tested in real CTE operations, and made "By CTE Professionals, For CTE Professionals."
